Supervising a team consisting of (merchandiser / Junior merchandiser/cleaner) to display the goods in all branches of the company in an appropriate manner according to the planogram approved by the company's management, with the aim of reaching the best display methods to achieve the maximum possible profit for the company, with his responsibility for following up all cleaning tasks in pharmacies in his area.

Execute the instructions of his line manager with regard to his area of work, and in what does not exceed his functional duties.

Submit the reports that are requested from him, whether daily, weekly or monthly

Commitment to attend training courses aimed at raising his professional competence, and full commitment to the proper application of what was stated in those courses

Effective communication with his management regarding any information he deems important regarding work at points of sale, and present notes and suggestions to deal with them in case of negative remarks.

Full cooperation with his direct supervisor as well as with his colleagues in order to complete job tasks to the fullest.

He must train the labor in the pharmacy on the correct work system for displaying the goods inside the pharmacy because both of them are complete each other.

In the event of a change in the pharmacy display system by any employee, he or whoever made the change is notified that this is not correct and if he finds its result, he informs his direct supervisor to handle the matter.

- Logistics Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale projects related to last-mile delivery, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimization. Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency across Amazon’s logistics network.
- Process Improvement & Strategy: Develop strategies for continuous process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance logistics workflows.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global operations, product, and technology teams to design solutions for logistics challenges. Ensure alignment and coordination between various stakeholders and regions.
- Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets and KPIs to optimize supply chain and logistics operations, making data-driven decisions that reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Customer Focus: Implement solutions that enhance the customer experience by improving delivery times, accuracy, and overall logistics performance.
- Communication and Reporting: Present program insights and progress to senior leadership. Clearly document objectives, timelines, and roles for all stakeholders involved.

Functions and duties of the job:
-Is responsible for all trouble shooting assigned within center that included all kind of fleet vehicles.
-Taking responsibilities to handle major repairs by doing proper diagnosing.
-Make sure cost effective and efficient maintenance procedures all the time.
-Timely repairs of Cooling Units by checking daily basis especially engine coolant-compressor-cab control unit etc.
-Ensure the safety of Cooling Units and make sure it is maintaining cold chain.
-Perform PMS in time and make sure cooling units maintain minimum temperature
-Make proper estimate to replace any parts and get supervisor approval.
-Take decisions in time, ability to handle pressure and work independently.
-Ability to trouble shoot the defect independently.
-Proper and professional way of approach to each complaint. Fix it right the first time.
-Each and Every work must be updated in history book and signed by Supervisor.
-Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the supervisor.
-Must follow ABC rules and regulations.
-Must have valid KSA driving license and the ability to work in any branch independently.
-Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs. Rearrange the work schedules in order to accommodate work order schedule and employee absences.
-Complete required forms and paper work for fleet maintenance shop including, but not limited to, repair orders, inspection forms, etc.
-Perform major and minor electrical and mechanical repairs to both gas and diesel vehicles. Conduct preventative maintenance on District vehicles and equipment. This includes but is not limited to air and exhaust systems, brake systems, fuel systems, pumps and related parts, transmissions, etc.
-Ensure shop safety and cleanliness and abide by safety policies. Identify safety hazards and report unsafe conditions to supervisor
-Track time worked on each vehicle by type of repair and using standard time estimates based on industry standards. Identify and respond to inquiries where actual times vary from estimated times. Complete appropriate reporting on vehicle repairs and maintenance to supervisor.
-Schedule and arrange for outsourcing of repairs if necessary.
-Respond to service calls.
-Road test vehicles to verify complaints and/or repairs. Collaborate as necessary with mechanics regarding issues or repairs.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical engineering or any related Medical field.
- Planning and execution of the freight orders through the TMS.
- Plan routes, deliveries and collections to ensure cost effective use of transport drivers and fleet
- Coordinating vehicles and drivers across the assigned region to ensure they are in the right location at the right time.
- Plan the activity of drivers ensuring maximum productivity within the targeted average hours is achieved.
- Reporting daily Delivery Violations (missed orders, route deviation, delivery delays, wrong deliveries, non-confirmed deliveries, etc.) and on-time communication with drivers to take corrective action.
- Ensure the return of all driver invoices on time with stamps, check the trips on system and make confirmation of receive.
- Sending Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports of each Drivers KPI’s and Vehicle’s Trip Data
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to time by management.
