Job Description

  • JOB PURPOSE / ROLEThe Project Manager leads the delivery of high-impact strategic programs and enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives and growth priorities. The role is accountable for establishing robust project governance, driving cross-functional collaboration, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the successful realization of business outcomes. As a strategic partner to leadership, the Project Manager enables organizational transformation, mitigates execution risks, and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project portfolios.

 

  1. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  •        Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  •        Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting structures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  •        Drive cross-functional collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders to achieve project objectives and business outcomes.
  •        Develop comprehensive project plans, resource strategies, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  •        Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying challenges and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  •        Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize operational efficiency and return on investment.
  •        Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and prioritization.
  •        Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives associated with project implementation and business process improvements.
  •        Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  •      Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and project delivery capabilities.
  •      Mentor and guide project team members, promoting high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for project success, ensuring the realization of intended business benefits and strategic value.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Skills Description

  •         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  •        Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  •         Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
  •        Strong experience working with senior leadership and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  •      Experience in change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives is an advantage.
  •        Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience within healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or large-scale corporate environments is preferred.
