Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and inventory teams to maintain smooth workflow
Monitor operational productivity and ensure service levels are met
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of shipments and inventory
Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback
Monitor safety procedures and ensure safe warehouse operations
Support audits, inspections, and quality checks conducted within the warehouse
Investigate operational deviations or incidents and implement corrective actions
Ensure accurate use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision
Experience in regulated warehouse environments is preferred
