Regulatory Affairs Specialist

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

• Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers for food, special dietary products, cosmetics, drugs, herbal, and health products in compliance with the SFDA
• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of all approvals and licenses.
• Conduct classification assessments for new products under food, Health, or drug categories
• Review and approve product artwork and labeling to ensure compliance with SFDA regulations.
• Coordinate with marketing, suppliers, and design teams to finalize compliant artwork.
• Handle product registration and certification on SABER and MDMA platforms.
• Monitor certificate validity, update data, and resolve any issues with platform submissions
• Evaluate and approve promotional materials and advertisements in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and legal departments to ensure claims are substantiated
