Job Description
The Warehouse Receiving Team is responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving of incoming goods into the warehouse. This includes verifying orders, inspecting goods for damage, and ensuring proper stock receiving with proper quantities within the agreed SOPs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintaining the supplier compliance with the receiving plan to schedule the offloading process accordingly.
- Maintaining the inventory counting of the received products Vs. the commercial invoice.
- Matching and confirming the goods cost, expiry, batch, EAN, label and the main WH data of the received products Vs. the PO and the commercial invoice.
- Maintaining the quality control procedures for the incoming shipments including pallet height, data logger records, goods inspection, … .
- Hand over all the requested documents to the put-away team for the proper stock placement process.
- Communicate with the concerned one of planning team or commercial team to share the needed approval if any.
- Report his direct manager for any issue and to document any NCR immediately.
