Program Manager - Logistics

• Logistics Program Management: Lead and manage large-scale projects related to last-mile delivery, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimization. Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency across Proceed network . 

• Process Improvement & Strategy: Develop strategies for continuous process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance logistics workflows.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global operations, product, and technology teams to design solutions for logistics challenges. Ensure alignment and coordination between various stakeholders and regions.

• Data Analytics: Analyze large datasets and KPIs to optimize supply chain and logistics operations, making data-driven decisions that reduce costs and improve service levels.

• Customer Focus: Implement solutions that enhance the customer experience by improving delivery times, accuracy, and overall logistics performance.

• Communication and Reporting: Present program insights and progress to senior leadership. Clearly document objectives, timelines, and roles for all stakeholders involved.
