Job Description
Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast demand for products.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotional plans into demand forecasting.
Use forecasting tools to ensure the supply chain is aligned with customer demand while minimizing excess stock
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and
cost-effective product flow.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and sales teams to ensure the alignment of supply chain
activities with business goals.
Ensure smooth operations of products supply, considering demand forecasts, lead times, and market conditions.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing overstock or stockouts.
Coordinate with internal teams to review inventory performance and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers.
Manage supplier performance and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or non-compliance
Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and propose initiatives to reduce costs,
enhance efficiency, and improve service levels
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the supply chain and implement
corrective actions when needed
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, Forecast accuracy
Supply performance.
Prepare for supply reviews for short/ Medium term availability constraints discussion and
mitigation plans .
Provide insights and recommendations based on supply chain data and analysis
Ensure all products are handled in compliance with local, regional, and international regulations, including GMP, FDA, and other health and safety standards.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
