E-commerce sales And Promotion Manager

• Manage, train, and coach the E-commerce specialists team.
• Regularly evaluate E-commerce specialists’ team performance.
• Evaluate E-commerce offers and sales trends to enhance sales tactics.
• Negotiate with category management for maximum offer depths and periods.
• Conduct sales reports in collaboration with the E-commerce data analysis team.
• Innovate plans to reinforce E-commerce sales.
• Managing and creating website offers.
• Managing and creating discount Coupons.
• Managing customer data on the website.
• Managing customer reviews on the website.
• Manage and upload E-commerce offers, medical, and other E-magazines.
• Creating and managing reports related to offers and promotional campaigns.
• Creating and managing google analytics essential reports.
• Preparing the offers and uploading them to the website
• Manage and execute the website and application marketing activities.
• Managing Facebook and Instagram shops and their feeds.
• Manage Google merchant center and its feed updates.
• Manage and create e-mail marketing campaigns.
• Gather, analyze and report competitor performance (SWOT analysis).
• Test all new features related to offers, coupons, banners, categories, and pages.

The employees’ duties are not limited to the above responsibilities and may be assigned to other tasks depending on operational needs.

• Good English
• MS Office and related packages
• Communication
• Bachelor degree in pharmacy or any similar degree.
• MBA or MBA similar degrees’ holder are preferable.
• Minimum 4 years’ Experience in advertising, marketing and sales of E-commerce.
• Preferred Basic education in an international school American or British (SAT or IG).
• Pass TOEFL or IELTS exam
• Have good experience in Google and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Have good experience in Google AdWords and social media advertising platforms.
• Have good experience in different E-commerce platforms.
