Job Description

  1. Excellent understanding of the various aspects of corporate social responsibility
  2. Familiarity with accounting practices, as well as goodwill and other intangible assets that fall under "corporate social responsibility"
  3. Working with stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainability
  4. Advising clients on how to make socially responsible investments
  5. Writing and presenting reports on the social impact of a company's business practices and investments
  6. Ability to develop positive relationships with clients in order to achieve results
  7. Experience with strategic planning and implementation of CSR initiatives
  8. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  9. A commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing
  10. Research, develop, and implement programs that address key social issues in alignment with our mission
  11. Develop strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations to support company initiatives
  12. Collaborate across functions to deliver programming that supports employee engagement, including community service days, volunteer programs, wellness initiatives, cultural celebrations, diversity &inclusion events, etc.
  13. Work closely with employees across the organization to identify opportunities for CSR involvement
  14. Track progress toward program goals and measure impact; prepare reports for internal stakeholders on program successes.
