JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

The Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing and storing products, and assisting with receiving and shipping processes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Opening the stores according to the supply chain management instructions.

Receiving the goods and receipts from the supplier.

Matching the received items quantity in order delivery with the purchase order

Reviewing the expiry date of the received items 

Sending the supplier invoices to both purchase and finance department in order

Picking one item from each received item to be verifying from the data entry

Singing and stamping the supplier invoices after verifying and finishing any pending

Sending the required daily report

Closing the stores after duty ending
