Make sure all activities at PROCEED 3PL Operations follow quality standards, regulatory authorities’ standards & Authorities guidance, internal SOPs, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). The role includes monitoring compliance, conducting audits, managing deviations, and driving ongoing improvement of quality processes in logistics and distribution.
· Monitor compliance of warehouse and distribution activities with Authorities Guidelines, GDP guidelines, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
· Conduct routine internal quality audits and inspections.
· Review operational processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns, to ensure quality compliance.
· Investigate deviations, incidents, and non-conformities, and ensure appropriate CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) are implemented.
· Monitor temperature-controlled storage conditions and ensure compliance with cold-chain requirements where applicable.
· Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures in warehouses.
· Ensure documentation accuracy, including batch traceability, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
· Participate in risk assessments related to the storage, transportation, and handling of healthcare products.
· Support regulatory inspections and audits conducted by Regulatory Authorities.
· Conduct training and awareness sessions for warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.
· Prepare quality reports and dashboards related to compliance performance, audit results, and quality KPIs.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
المهارات
● Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
● Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar standards).
● Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
● Ability to conduct internal audits and root cause analysis.
● Familiarity with CAPA management and deviation investigation processes.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
● Strong documentation and reporting skills.
● Effective communication and training capabilities.
High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
