·        Responsible for enhancing the presence and sales of pharmaceutical products by effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and customers. This role involves educating customers on product characteristics, benefits, and proper usage, ultimately driving product awareness ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.

✧     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1.      Approach and interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate pharmaceutical products.

2.      Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and proper usage to assist customers in making informed choices.

3.      Set up visual merchandising displays to effectively showcase pharmaceutical products within the pharmacy.

4.      Conduct in-store promotions and demonstrations to attract customer attention and demonstrate product value.

5.      Offer informational materials and resources to educate customers about new or existing products.

6.      Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

7.      Track customer preferences and sales data to identify popular products and emerging trends.

8.      Collaborate with pharmacy staff to highlight promotional materials and enhance product placement.

9.      Gather customer feedback regarding product effectiveness and overall satisfaction.

10.   Relay valuable insights back to management to inform future product assortment and promotional strategies.

11.   Answer questions to generate interest in products, gain customer trust, and ultimately lead the purchase decision.
