Inventory Controller

●       Perform regular cycle counts according to the warehouse inventory control plan.

●        Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

●       Review warehouse system transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking, and adjustments.

●       Ensure correct stock put-away in assigned storage locations according to warehouse layout and procedures.

●       • Monitor product availability and stock levels to support operational requirements.

●       • Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to correct inventory errors.

●       • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

●       • Support periodic full inventory counts and stock audits.

●       • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and operational standards.

• Prepare inventory accuracy reports and highlight discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

●       Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

●       Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory transactions.

●       Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

●       Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.

●       Good reporting and documentation skills.

●       Ability to coordinate with warehouse operational teams.

Strong computer skills, including Excel and operational systems.
