1- Sales activities include-- Follow up & tracking governmental procurement platforms-Assessment of potential tenders and direct purchases -Coordination with internal vendors and local purchase team-Preparing and submitting offers and quotations-Tracking offers and responding to inquiries till purchase orders issued -Confirming the availability of goods -Processing invoices-Organizing the delivery of goods .   

2- Collection activities include -Revising invoices confirming the delivery of goods-following governmental payment platforms submitting documents for payments and collection responding to solve issues related to payments and collection-confirming the payments and bank transfers with accounting department

Preparing Quotations and offers.

-Submitting offers online.

-Responding to government inquires.

-Submitting documents for payment and collection.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Pharmacist with sales experience

 INFORMATION SOURCES:

Governmental platforms and Hospitals.

Pharmaceutical and medical Knowledge related to active ingredients and medicine trade names 

Roles of SFDA guidelines

Basic knowledge of RSD system and GLN role.

Basic knowledge of government procurement websites.
