Handle e-commerce product catalogue both in-house and current and future accounts, and related projects.

• E-commerce product catalogue master admin handling: create and update online products with all related data on magento platform.

• Magento catalogue projects: confirm and validate the business needs with new and existing features related to ecommerce catalogue and lead any related development with the technical team.

• E-commerce product catalogue content: create descriptive content for online products and update them periodically according to SEO guidelines, on magento platform

• E-commerce product images: review and update the pack shots for the e-commerce product catalog and coordinate with all team in category and marketing for any updates.

• E-commerce stock: handle the link and update between magento and back office.

• E-commerce navigation: handle the ideal navigational path for e-commerce products in coordination with category team.

• E-commerce alternative and related products: create and update alternative products for e-commerce products.

• E-commerce prices & VAT: handle any updates related to products’ prices or VAT.

Ecommerce hubs seeding: handle new e-commerce hubs products coverage and seeding in coordination with supply chain

• Ecommerce hubs stock: handle new e-commerce hubs products stock on back office and magento platform.

• Other projects: handle projects like augmented reality, e-commerce special products new concept, blog and shop by concern, in coordination with concerned departments.

• E-commerce teams: coordinate with other e-commerce teams for any mutual projects.

• Company departments: coordinate with all company departments for any mutual projects, including marketing, category, IT, purchase, and supply chain.

• Tele-Pharmacy: coordinate with call center members for any updates related to product catalog and Dawaok.

• Reports and analysis: create and analyze e-commerce insights and sales.

• The employees’ duties are not limited to the above responsibilities and may be assigned to other tasks depending on operational needs.
