  1. Collecting and analyzing customer data
  2. Using CRM systems to manage relationships
  3. Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
  4. Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
  5. Creating and executing retention campaigns
  6. Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  7. Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
  8. Customer Insights and Feedback and leverage customer insights to develop a deeper understanding of customer needs, pain points, and preferences.

  1. A confident communicator and presenter
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English & Arabic
  3. Excellent organizational and planning skills
  4. Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
  5. Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
  6. Extensive product knowledge
  7. Ability to analyze large volumes of customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
  8. Analytical and data-driven and visualizing the data .
  9. Understanding of how to create, test, and optimize campaigns using CRM data to improve customer engagement and ROI
