Call Center Agent

Establishing an effective communication channel with the customer (through responding and following up on requests, inquiries, and complaints received from pharmacy accounts on social media platforms and direct chat channels for service options according to specialization), and ensuring their optimal service, while keeping them informed of all services provided by the company.

Tasks and responsibilities.

1. Customer service through the pharmaceutical accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Chat).
2. Responding to public and private messages on pharmaceutical accounts, following the specified guidelines in line with the company's image and culture.
3. Handling complaints, inquiries, and requests received through the accounts, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
4. Monitoring contest and campaign participants on our accounts from the start of the competition until announcing the winners, coordinating gift delivery and receiving them from the winners.
5. Any other tasks within their scope of work.
6. Implementing customer service policies and instructions.
7. Adhering to company policies and regulations.

• English language proficiency at least at an intermediate level in speaking and writing.
